I had my Ms Hunni's name picked out before she was born and she turned out to be The Blonde Bombshell took the showing by storm but realistically wasn't a fan of the noise and she is a home body. Hunni is a character, to say the least. Cheeky as and it's all about her. Miss Bossy Boots I think I should have called her. Loves mums bed and won't share it lol it's hers but everyone that meets her loves her fun quirky personality and she passes it on to her offspring. |

TrahlahlahAs I am what you would call a newbie to this breed it does not mean that prior to purchasing my first Briard that there wasn't much research involved.....2 years of much study to purchase one dog!!!
Funnily enough I was wanting a Light Fawn Bitch.....I ended up with a Black Dog, my now stunning Au Ch Oscar de la Manoliere (imp France). I had my fawn bitch on order when I was asked would I possibly be interested in a black dog knowing that I was wanting to show......not really was my initial response.....I can't afford to import a dog. Then I got sent the picture of my man, "yes I love him" within 3 hours I had suddenly purchased my first Briard. Since then I now have my Light Fawn Bitch thanks to Gav Haussmann from Aubrey Briards in New Zealand...Aubrey's Blonde Bombshell aka Hunni.(halfway to her Au Ch title with very limited showing) with a few Best of Breeds thrown in there as well....and Bombshell she is what a stunner this girl is turning out to be......probably not your traditional Briard but like my boy both dogs are full European Bloodlines and look much more like the European Briard, larger, athletic, muscular, more bone and amazing coats. |
